LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- PODS® Las Vegas teamed up with 96.3 KKLZ, 107.9 Coyote Country, and several local sports teams including the Las Vegas Desert Dogs, Las Vegas Aviators, and Henderson Silver Knights to make giving back easier than ever. PODS® Las Vegas provided a portable storage container for a special spring-cleaning donation event, collecting gently used sporting equipment for Big Brothers Big Sisters to benefit kids in need.
Community members were encouraged to get a jump on spring cleaning and donate bikes, bats, balls, and other sporting gear to help support the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Donations will give young athletes the opportunity to play and grow.
"At PODS® Las Vegas, we believe in the power of community," said Dave Allen Boyd IV, Territory Manager for PODS® Las Vegas. "By offering a convenient way to collect donations, we hope to make it easy for people to give back while tackling their annual spring cleaning."
