Mr. Jones will also join the Company's Board of Directors. Aury Nagy, MD, FAANS, will continue to lead the research and development (R&D) organization as Chief Science Officer and Board Chairman.

Jamie Jones has thirty years of industry experience. He held executive leadership positions in early-stage and late-stage biotechnology companies. Mr. Jones most recently served as Chief Business Officer of DoubleRainbow Biosciences. He led the company's transformation from a research startup to a dual platform drug development company during his tenure. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
