CAESAREA, Israel - nvtip -- Deep Learning Robotics Ltd., a leading technology company in the field of autonomous robotic learning, announced its partnership with Fanuc Israel, a subsidiary of the multinational automation company based in Japan.
As a first stage, Deep Learning Robotics developed compatibility between its state-of-the art smart robot learning controller and FANUC's industrial robots, and ran a proof of concept application using one of FANUC's collaborative robots.
Carlos Benaim, CEO of Deep Learning Robotics, said, "This is an important partnership that will unveil significant business opportunities for both parties in the future. Our cutting edge robot learning technology and patents combined with Fanuc's leadership in the area of industrial robots and automation will bring both companies to a uniquely advantageous position worldwide in the growing market of smart robotics."
Deep Learning Robotics has already completed a number of successful applications for the electronics industry and the food processing industry. Both sectors currently have a much lower density of robotic arms per employee than the automotive one. DLR firmly believes that its technology will be a key enabling factor allowing these important sectors to benefit from unprecedented levels of robotic automation.
