LAS VEGAS, March 31, 2025 ~ In a thrilling episode of High Stakes Poker on Monday night, Alan Keating made history by winning the largest pot ever seen on the iconic show. The jaw-dropping hand took place in the PokerGO® Studio in Las Vegas, and saw Keating walk away with a staggering $1,412,500.
The dramatic moment unfolded as Keating and Peter Wang built a pot of $145,500 before a king-high flop with two spades. Keating held pocket kings and flopped top set, while Wang had the nut flush draw with the ace-three of spades. After Wang check-raised Keating's bet to $200,000, Keating called without hesitation.
The turn brought an ace, giving Wang top pair to go along with his flush draw. He then moved all in for $433,500 and Keating snap-called. The players decided to run it twice and both times, Keating's hand held up to scoop the entire pot.
