Some of the aspects considered were the effectiveness of their marketing strategies, the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, amongst others.
Intern Pursuit (IP) was one of the six winners announced on March 5, 2021 on the Orlando Economic Partnership's website. IP was awarded $5,000 to prepare a study on skills-based hiring and skill development. This high impact study will provide the insight needed to align skills-based hiring practices with employers that need faster and better methods of identifying the best candidates for internships.
