BROOKLYN, N.Y. & MANHATTAN, N.Y. - nvtip -- The Case of ACS v. P.H. docket # NA- 03931-22 could have been a sad ending. ACS alleged that the father abused his children by disciplining them and refused to allow the father of four to see his children. The Law Offices of Michael S. The Court heard all of the testimony , ruled against ACS and allowed the father to see his four children who desperately wanted to see him. ACS routinely attacks parents in Court without any justification and the children suffer. Each day ACS workers begin investigations into parents and will try to manufacture a case against them. Once of the best things that a parent can do is not speak to ACS workers without an attorney.
