LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- Mario Parga's (Cozy Powell/Graham Bonnet/Forcefield/Mario Parga Band) new long awaited guitar solo album 'Shadows & Light' was released on May 20th 2025 on the MidnightCafe Music label. It is currently available at all major online streaming sites, a special limited edition CD will be available through Mario's website soon (www.MarioParga.com).

The album contains 10 tracks of Mario's guitar mastery and virtuosity, from full on shred to beautiful haunting ballads, all outstanding compositions set within vast soundscapes.

This is Mario's third solo album and comes 18 years after the release of 'Entranced' (2007). Mario said of the album: "This is a very personal album that's taken a while to record due to several moves. The ten tracks tell ten stories, and I recommend the album is heard in its entirety to get the full scope and picture. I think there's something here for everyone, from guitar 'shred' stuff through to very emotional and haunting ballads. A combination of classic rock and blues set within atmospheric soundscapes."
