LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- TaDā Wellness, managed by lifestyle mentors, Tamara Kino and Dana Perich, are excited to announce a partnership with Athleta at The District at Green Valley. On Small Business Saturday, November 27, you will find Tamara and Dana at Athleta from noon to 2 pm. Stop in, say hi, and learn more about their lifestyle mentoring business which offers a 6 month package for one-to-one mentoring for mentees to reach their health and wellness goals.

Starting in December, TaDā Wellness will be offering FREE workshops at Athleta. On December 12 from 9:30-10:30 am there will be free in-store yoga, led by Tamara Kino, lifestyle mentor. Participants will get a great workout, relax with a short meditation, and receive a $15 shop card to Athleta.

Starting in January 2022, TaDā Wellness will begin a series of free goal-setting workshops at Athleta including making vision boards, creating affirmations, and reflective journaling. These will occur monthly throughout the new year and are a great way to start the year with a clear vision and maintain it with monthly encouragement and accountability.
