Southside Recordz ~ (THE CONGLOMERATE) is set to sue Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Dealership: Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, 800 Gold Hill Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708 for $50,000.00 Compensatory Damages & $2,000,000.00 Punitive Damages.

Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat made a misrepresentation & committed dealer fraud in March of 2022 when they sold Edward Rawlinson a 2016 Cadillac CTS; one of which being that there was no automotive mechanical issues with the vehicle when the original loan agreement was finalized.

Edward Rawlinson, the Owner/CEO of Southside Recordz ~ (THE CONGLOMERATE) claims; Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, later called him back; after the original sale purchase to unjustly and unnecessarily restructure the original financial automotive loan agreement with "Exeter Financial" in a way that facilitated dealer fraud and misrepresentation which lead to entrapment in the 2016 Cadillac CTS which Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat knew was suffering from an undisclosed automotive mechanical defect that eventually would; within a mere few months of purchase, lead to an automotive "breakdown" of the vehicle on the Edward Rawlinson's business vacation which would put Edward Rawlinson in physical danger and eventually led to a "Physical Injury".

Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat:

1. Owed a duty to disclose material information about the vehicle.

2. The dealer knew the information.

3. The dealer knew that Edward Rawlinson would rely on the information in making the purchasing decision and the financial loan modifications.

4. The dealer failed to disclose that information and disseminate all the facts accurately.
