LAS VEGAS and CINCINNATI, March 13, 2025 ~ Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Aces have announced a new partnership with Scripps Sports, making Vegas 34 the official broadcast home of the back-to-back WNBA champions for the 2022-2023 season. This multiyear agreement will see all non-nationally exclusive Aces games televised on cable, satellite, and over-the-air television through Scripps Sports.
Financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed. However, both parties are excited about this new collaboration and the opportunities it presents for fans to watch their favorite team in action.
"We are thrilled to partner with Vegas 34," said Nikki Fargas, president of the Las Vegas Aces. "With our team's recent success and sold-out crowds every night, this partnership will allow even more fans to watch our incredible team as we strive for our third championship."
Scripps Sports President Brian Lawlor also expressed his enthusiasm for this new venture. "The Las Vegas Aces are one of the best teams in the WNBA, and their passionate fan base deserves to see them on the largest available broadcast platform," he said. "We couldn't be more excited to bring the exciting action of Las Vegas Aces basketball to Vegas 34 as they pursue their third championship."

In addition to game broadcasts, the Aces and Vegas 34 will also collaborate on producing and airing "In the Paint," a weekly 30-minute show featuring highlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes access to the team.
John Cook, vice president and general manager of Vegas 34 and KTNV-TV (the ABC affiliate owned by Scripps), expressed his pride in being able to provide a platform for champions. "Vegas 34 is proud to be home to both the Vegas Golden Knights and now, the Aces," he said.
The complete local television schedule for Aces games on Vegas 34 will be announced once the full WNBA national broadcast schedule is released. The regular season is set to begin on Friday, May 16.
This partnership between the Las Vegas Aces and Scripps Sports not only benefits the team and its fans but also provides a strong marketing platform through Scripps' ownership of KTNV-TV. With this new agreement, the Aces are poised to continue their success on and off the court.
