AUSTIN, Texas, June 11, 2024 ~ Vyopta, a leading company in digital collaboration and experience optimization, has recently announced its partnership with Logitech Collaboration Platform (LCP). This collaboration aims to provide organizations with valuable information about their meeting rooms and collaboration spaces through the CollabOS API.
With the rise of hybrid work, it has become crucial for companies to have data-driven insights to optimize employee experiences and make informed decisions about their real estate investments. Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta, stated that Logitech's API offers an enhanced layer of data that seamlessly integrates into Vyopta's monitoring and analytics platform without the need for custom integration. This data will help mutual customers design workspaces that promote productivity, employee well-being, and collaboration.

The CollabOS API allows Vyopta to easily integrate with Logitech Tap Scheduler and popular conference platforms to display real-time room availability. If a meeting space is booked but no one shows up, Tap Scheduler will update its status as available and remove the room booking. On the other hand, if a meeting is not booked but an employee starts a meeting (even if it is not online), the scheduler will show that the room is occupied and reflect it on the calendar. This functionality ultimately optimizes the use of each meeting space.
Sudeep Trivedi, Head of Video Collaboration Alliances at Logitech, emphasized how this collaboration with Vyopta will provide critical data insights into how meeting rooms are used. He believes that together they can empower mutual customers to optimize their workplaces for improved employee experiences and get the most out of their technology investments.
Vyopta will be showcasing this new functionality during InfoComm 2024 from June 12-14 at booth C6503 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees can witness firsthand how Vyopta's Space Insights can help organizations make data-driven decisions to enhance their workplace infrastructure and meet the needs of the modern workforce.
