Jerry Stek of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier (CBCP) recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the most respected credentials in commercial real estate. Stek received the honor during a ceremony in Los Angeles in October 2026. The achievement recognizes his completion of rigorous coursework, qualifying commercial real estate experience, and a comprehensive examination focused on commercial investment analysis.

Lucas Mojonnier, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier (CPCP) was elected to the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) Board of Directors for 2027. Mojonnier will serve a two-year term with the organization, which supports Southern Nevada's commercial real estate industry through education, networking and professional advocacy. His election follows previous service on the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter Board of Directors.

Stephanie Grant of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) was elected President-Elect of the Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) Board of Directors for 2027. In this leadership position, Grant will help guide the association's efforts to support local real estate professionals and the communities they serve.
