LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Charles E. Gianelloni has been elected President of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Lee Business School's Alumni Chapter Board of Directors.
Established in 1967, the Lee Business School is one of the largest schools at UNLV with approximately 5,000 students and more than 100 faculty and staff. The school offers the only Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accredited business program in Southern Nevada. It is among the top 5 percent of business colleges and schools worldwide to hold international dual accreditation in business and accounting by AACSB, the premier accrediting body for business and management education.
The Lee Business School Alumni Chapter was established in 2001 to build affinity for the college and stimulate Lee Business School participation. It is currently the largest chapter at UNLV and is comprised of alumni who are dedicated to staying involved with the university, giving back, and supporting current students. A board member since 2019, Gianelloni became an alumnus of the Lee Business School in 2007. He previously served as the Alumni Chapter's Board of Directors Vice President from 2022 to 2023.

Gianelloni currently serves as managing partner of Snell & Wilmer's Las Vegas office. Today, his practice has an emphasis on commercial litigation, including member and shareholder disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and fraud. Gianelloni is also actively involved in vetting digital asset projects and Nevada litigation involving digital assets.
