The partnership makes Flash Biometrics' eligibility system part of the security infrastructure for events at venues including Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and Sphere.

LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Athletic Commission sanctions more marquee combat sports
events than any regulatory body in the United States, and it sanctions them for events at the
most prestigious venues in the world. Under a partnership executed following a review of
roughly 10 months, Flash Biometrics' identity verification system will be the licensing technology used for those events.

In 2025, the commission sanctioned 58 events across the UFC, professional boxing, mixed
martial arts and the Power Slap League. Those events were held at Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Mandalay Bay, The Cosmopolitan, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, The Palms Casino Resort, Sahara Hotel & Casino and the UFC Apex. In 2024, the Nevada State Athletic Commission sanctioned an event at the Sphere worth over $2 billion.

Flash Biometrics' system will operate at commission-sanctioned events including Allegiant
Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the MGM Grand Garden Arena and the UFC Apex.

The commission's calendar is filled by the largest organizations in combat sports. The UFC,
Professional boxing promoters and the Power Slap League. Each of those organizations works under the commission's licensing rules at every event it holds in Nevada. Under the partnership, each will hold those events with Flash Biometrics' verification in place.

The technology supports credential check-in and restricted-area access at sanctioned events,
verifying licensed competitors, officials, physicians, commission staff, promoter personnel and
media. Implementation begins immediately and will be phased in across sanctioned events.
