Soul of Success Vol 3 is tentatively scheduled for release in Spring 2022.

A portion of the royalties earned from Soul of Success Vol 3 will be donated to Entrepreneur's International Fund, an organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

2003 she founded Batorski Stevens & Associates, a management consultancy specializing in business transformation, along with her husband, colleague, and business partner, Derek Stevens.

Dr. Martha Batorski is a graduate of the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA (BS, MS). She completed her Doctorate in Education (EdD) in Organizational Change (Pepperdine University, 2011).

Her doctoral research on developing situation awareness capacity to improve executive judgment and decision making under stress contributed to a multi-year change initiative at Norwich University, where hundreds of military cadets were introduced to the Transcendental Meditation technique to develop resilience, improve scholastics, and increase overall performance.
