LAS VEGAS, July 15, 2025 ~ EigenQ Inc. and WNC Corporation have announced a collaboration to accelerate the production and market availability of quantum-safe servers, appliances, and edge devices. EigenQ, the first company to ship Enterprise and Military level FIPS 203/204-certified post-quantum security systems, will be partnering with WNC, a global leader in advanced enterprise, service provider, automotive, and IoT product development and manufacturing.
The collaboration was announced during an exclusive invitation-only event hosted by EigenQ in Las Vegas during the week of HPE Discover 2025. This event will highlight the strategic collaboration between the two companies and provide an opportunity for attendees and partners to engage with both companies during a key week in enterprise and security innovation.
Under this agreement, WNC will provide contract-manufacturing (CM) and joint-design-and-manufacturing (JDM) services for EigenQ's Post-Quantum Unit™ (PQU) hardware and Quantum Encryption Module™ (QEM) software stack. This combined solution offers NSA CSfC-ready lattice-based encryption and authentication at line rate, meeting the U.S. Government's 2027 deadline for post-quantum cryptography mandated by the Quantum Computing Cybersecurity Preparedness Act and the June 2025 Presidential Executive Order on quantum-safe migration.

Dr. Jesse Van Griensven Thé, CEO of EigenQ, expressed excitement about this partnership stating that "Partnering with WNC lets us scale from pilot runs to tens of thousands of units while preserving secure, U.S.-controlled supply chains." He also highlighted how this collaboration will allow federal and enterprise customers to deploy FIPS-certified quantum-proof infrastructure today while aligning with current regulations to mitigate threats of today and tomorrow.
Dr. Horen Chen, CTO of WNC, also shared his thoughts on this partnership saying that "Our partnership with EigenQ represents a strategic milestone as WNC officially enters the field of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)." He further explained that by integrating EigenQ's cutting-edge quantum-encryption technology into their secure hardware platforms, they will be able to deliver the world's first NSA-compliant and NIST-certified quantum-safe solutions for data center servers. This will position WNC to scale manufacturing and deployment of future-proof, quantum-resistant, cryptographic devices to meet the growing demand across various industries.

Some key elements of this collaboration include turnkey production of EigenQ's PCIe, M.2, and 1U secure-server modules in WNC's ISO-27001 and ISO-9001 facilities, joint HPE ecosystem enablement, road-map alignment for co-development of Wi-Fi 7 and 5G small-cell platforms with embedded post-quantum encryption, and go-to-market cooperation targeting U.S. federal agencies, critical-infrastructure operators, and hyperscale cloud providers facing FY-2027 compliance milestones.
Pilot quantities of the PQU Gen2 card are already shipping to select integrators with volume production through WNC set to begin in Q4 2025. HPE-qualified server bundles will also be available in early 2026. This collaboration between EigenQ and WNC is a significant step towards providing secure quantum-safe solutions for various industries facing the threat of quantum computing.
