HENDERSON, Nev. - nvtip -- On Saturday, May 14 from 9am to 12 pm at Cornerstone Park TaDā Wellness, managed by Tamara Kino and Dana Perich, will be a part of the Family Wellness Event. The event's theme is Strong Starts, Strong Communities, and Strong Minds and is in partnership with UMC Healthy Living Institute and the Roots & Wings Foundation. Enjoy live exercise classes, giveaways and prizes, outdoor games, educational booths, food, and live music (while supplies last). All ages are welcome. TaDā Wellness will be leading a yoga event on the main stage at 10 am, as well as a meditation at 11 am. Stop by the TaDā Wellness booth for a chance to win a meditation cushion in a raffle or spin the wheel for discounted services.
