DALLAS, March 6, 2025 ~ The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently presented Hillwood Communities with seven prestigious Gold Awards at The Nationals, held on February 25th at the Caesar's Palace Ballroom in Las Vegas. As the leading awards program in the homebuilding industry, The Nationals honors top achievements in residential real estate and design.

One of Hillwood Communities' most notable wins was the Gold Award for "Master-Planned Community of the Year" for their Pecan Square development in Northlake, Texas. This recognition highlights the exceptional planning, innovation, and vision that have gone into creating one of the most dynamic and thriving communities in the country. Upon completion, Pecan Square's 1,200-acre community will feature approximately 3,100 homes.

In addition to this top honor, Hillwood Communities also received six other Gold Awards at The Nationals. These include Best Realtor/Broker Program for Dallas-Fort Worth, Best Community Amenity for River Camp at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, Tex., Best Lifestyle Program for Pecan Square, Best Signage for Pecan Square, Best Website for Wolf Ranch, and Best Overall Advertising for Pecan Square.

Landmark, set to open in early 2026, will be a 3,200-acre mixed-use development with an 1,100-acre ecosystem of parks and 5 million square feet of commercial space. Legacy, opening in Fall 2025, will be situated on 700 acres of interconnected lakes, scenic trails, and expansive parks. And finally, Ramble will open in Spring 2026 as a "community in the park" with creekside trails, thoughtfully crafted homes, and ample opportunities to immerse oneself in nature.
