LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- Arana Software is hosting a business shower for one of their clients, TaDā Wellness. Tamara and Dana are lifestyle mentors empowering people to achieve a higher level of both physical and mental well-being, going beyond what their clients would do alone. As educators, both have over a decade of classroom teaching experience. Tamara has a Master's Degree in Physical Education and has taught yoga to young students at her school, as well as in studios around Las Vegas for nearly 15 years. Together, they launched their lifestyle mentorship business during the pandemic and have already successfully helped several clients make health a priority again.

It empowers mentees to take control of their own health by creating lasting positive lifestyle habits. These range anywhere from weight loss, nutrition, and diet to fitness and meditation.

• 6 months of highly personalized mentoring to nurture and solidify your new healthy lifestyle habits
• Meet in-person or via video with your mentor for 1-2 hours every month to define your values and create and refine your specific goals
