The Irvine, California-based company operates 33 communities throughout the Western United States, including three others in the Valley.

Colorado-based ServiceStar Capital Management is the owner of Savanna House. According to Jeff Fischer, president of MBK Senior Living, MBK's tenured background in operational excellence, strong reputation of service, and authentic Yoi Shigoto ("the good work") culture drove ServiceStar's decision to select them as the community's operator.
