Hello, I am writing this letter today to share with everyone why I conceived Netverse, and how through its participants, it will change the world forever.

First, I want to share why I believe we are all here. Everything we do today uses current technology, which has evolved over decades. From shopping, conversations, social media, messaging and more, most interactions are done through it. Most of its problems come through the way it was created, as it has evolved into an app-siloed environment. This current technology by extension is a single monopoly technology. We are all forced to interact with it. There are no other real options.

This monopoly has a duopoly of App-stores as its gatekeepers. They control most of the entry points and thus set the rules we must obey and live by. This has stifled innovation, not fostered it, and hinders businesses from growing, including their profits.

The emergence of AI and its lightning speed of continued growth has brought both seen, unseen consequences now and in the not-so-distant future. It has the ability to amplify all that is wrong with current technology including its use by bad actors.

Netverse will be a new app-less technology, a new, alternative, universal platform if you will. Entry will be through Phinge mobile devices and hardware. This will create a platform where everyone in it is verified, including individuals, businesses, organizations, and entities, as well as any and all of their intellectual property (IP) owned by them. There will be no apps to download, install and update.

Through individuals' preferences and settings, Netverse's search engine, will have the option to only return search results from verified individuals, businesses, entities, organizations and others on it.

As good as its technology would be, I knew the business model had to be even better. It had to put individuals and businesses in the forefront.

Currently the duopoly of today's App-stores take between 15% and 30% of all in-app purchases. In Netverse all businesses will receive a minimum amount of free advertising for each offer, deal or advertisement they place through it. And when sales result directly from them, only then does Phinge take 10% at the point of sale. This will be a no-cost, risk-free way to generate sales for them. Netverse truly will partner in a way with its users and third party businesses and platforms.

Privacy was also the utmost importance to me when I conceived Netverse. All users will own, manage and have the right to monetize their own data at all times. Users share in a % of all sales revenue to Phinge through Netverse, brought in through their direct actions and interactions.

Netverse will be a platform by, of and for the people and everyone who are part of it. It will be the people who decide what it becomes, not the bad actors or bots.

The internet of today allows bad actors, either individuals hiding in anonymity or bots, domestically or from abroad, to influence individuals' behavior and actions even to the detriment of their own interests and well-being. Some seek to divide us. Bots act like firehoses of negative and false information to overwhelm the system, drown out individual voices, and attempt to influence certain behaviors, actions or outcomes.

As a verified platform, Netverse through its patented hardware and technology, allows all voices to be heard, one at a time. No longer can the actions of the few drown out the voices of the many. This is not a black or white, left or right issue. This is an us issue. I believe people can have an exchange of ideas without the vitriol that plagues us today online.

We will not always agree and that is ok. Just like thoughts, beliefs and ideals do not come through by shouting, they cannot get through when bad actors overwhelm us to push an agenda, enabled and amplified through current technology and now AI.

Here are some of the ways a verified Netverse will create a safer environment than the technology we are all forced to use today:

• It will do away with impersonations of individuals and businesses. Currently that leads to kids being lured under false pretenses by child predators.
• It will meaningfully reduce impersonations, cyberstalking, bullying, spam, scams, ransomware and other bad and dangerous behavior, as no one can hide who they are. This does not mean Netverse discloses the personal information about its users to other users. It means all users and businesses are verified through Netverse so Phinge knows who they are. Individual users always decide who they share their identity with.
• Individuals buying products and services through Netverse, online or in person, can know the person they are meeting, are who they say they are. For example, if someone is buying a car from someone in person.
• No longer will 5 people show up on the same day to move into the same apartment due to a bad actor, non-owner, renting it multiple times.
• No more annoying texts and calls saying you risk arrest if you do not pay for some traffic ticket you never received.
• No worrying that someone will call pretending to be a loved one by spoofing their phone number and voice, saying they are in trouble and you need to send them money right away.

These actions rip at the heartstrings and prey on fear and need to be stopped.

Netverse will not stop all bad behavior and actions. What it will do is make people, businesses, and third-party platforms accountable for their behavior and actions, thus dramatically reducing them.

It is ok to disagree, have different politics, opinions and viewpoints. Today some people don't get past an opposing viewpoint or an affiliation to even get to know someone. My hope is that Netverse will foster conversations and interactions to bring us more together as a people and a community.

My vison when creating Netverse was to give society as a whole a better and safer option to the technology we are all trapped into using today.

My hope and belief is that when given the choice, people will choose to live, work and thrive in Netverse. Once they do, it will become glaringly clear how much we have all been negatively affected by the technology we've been using all these years.

The current internet and its technology will always be here, but now there will be a better, verified, and much safer alternative to it.

At the end of the day the choice belongs where it should; with you, the hardworking, good people of the world, who want a safer place for themselves and their family. A place where parents can know their kids can learn, interact with friends and grow, without fear of being bullied or influenced by individuals who wish to do them harm. A place where businesses will not try to deceptively influence them for the benefit of their bottom line.
