LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- On March 11th, the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA) will recognize the first-ever, worldwide Professional Speakers Celebration Day (officially March 14^th), at their monthly chapter event. The event will feature Hall of Fame speaker Sam Richter (CSP, CPAE) and Las Vegas native and award-winning international keynote speaker, Ed Tate (CSP, World Champion).

The annual Professional Speakers Celebration Day recognizes and celebrates the work of professional speakers worldwide, highlighting the incredible talent, knowledge, and experience they bring to their communities. Professional speakers are the driving force behind many important social and cultural movements, and this day is a powerful opportunity for us to come together and honor their contributions. This annual day is another way to elevate the profession of speaking and to promote recognition of professional speakers.

NSA Las Vegas is home to four Hall of Fame Speakers (CPAEs) and coaches, consultants, authors, speakers, and trainers across a wide breadth of expertise. The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) is a designation by the National Speakers Association. It is an honor bestowed on slightly more than 12% of its members.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 11th, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm at Christ the King Catholic Church in the Community Center (4925 S Torrey Pines Dr. Las Vegas). First-time guests are welcome to attend at no charge. Media is welcome.

"The opportunity to inspire audiences is a privilege our members do not take lightly," said NSA Las Vegas chapter President, Kathi Kulesza. "The most important work that speaking professionals do is the preparation before stepping on stage. That is why it is so important to have an association where we can gather, grow, and be encouraged by our peers."
