LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- PERK Advisors LLC announced today that Justin Barnett has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, a new role within the restaurant consulting firm. Barnett has a long tenure of opening restaurants along the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada as well as in Detroit, Michigan. He will report to Jaimee Choi, Chief Executive Officer and founder of PERK Advisors.

Effective immediately Barnett will be responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and relationship organizations. He will assume responsibility in the alignment and prioritization of company efforts as the restaurant consultancy grows in its first year of business.
