The day will include yoga, meditation, Reiki, healthy food, and reflective journaling:
Yoga: Our day will begin with an All-Levels Flow class and end with a long, relaxing restorative class.

Meditations: Our Morning Meditation will promote relaxation and ease while helping you explore the subtle sensations in your body. Learn the value of an anchor and how to return to your anchor gently and skillfully throughout an extended meditation. Following Reflective Journaling, a visualization meditation will be offered to help you actualize your journaling experience.

Reflective Journaling: In this workshop, we will learn how journaling can be beneficial to overall well-being, using different techniques to release thoughts that no longer serve a purpose, reflect on the impact of experiences, and reconnect with vision and inner truth.

Mini Reiki sessions on a the Amethyst Biomat will be offered at an additional charge of $1 per minute.
