In addition to his patent work, Weide is well-versed in trademark, copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property litigation matters. His practice also includes performing product clearances, conducting prior art searches for patentability and invalidity analysis, analyzing patent infringement claims, and drafting and negotiating licensing and development agreements, ensuring clients receive strategic and thorough intellectual property counsel.
