MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 4, 2024 ~ Las Vegas, NV - Veridocs, the leading provider of ID authentication and identity management solutions for the gaming industry, has announced the launch of four new modules for their Evolution platform at this year's Global Gaming Expo (G2E). The event, which will take place from October 7-10 in Las Vegas, will showcase Veridocs' latest technology advancements that aim to simplify and enhance identity management processes.
According to Veridocs President and CEO Joe Oprosko, these new modules are set to revolutionize the way businesses authenticate ID documents and verify a person's current status. "We are excited to introduce these new technologies into the market," said Oprosko. "Our expanded Evolution platform offers our customers even more options to ensure that the person in front of them meets all necessary criteria for entry or purchase."
The four new modules within the Evolution platform offer a seamless integration with the existing 7-module suite, allowing customers to customize their identity management system according to their specific needs. These modules provide additional options for authenticating ID documents and verifying a person's current status against various third-party or internal lists.

One of the most notable additions is the mDL Authentication module, which utilizes advanced communication technology to authenticate mobile digital licenses (mDL). This allows casinos and other businesses to quickly and securely verify digital IDs using a Veridocs scanner while maintaining personal privacy for patrons. The module also offers scan documentation for compliance audits.
Another key feature is the Facial Comparison technology, which strengthens ID authentication by matching biometric features from an ID photo with a person's facial features using a webcam. This reduces potential human error during an ID check process.
The Mobile Verification module is designed for use in areas with limited space such as entryways and lobbies. It allows businesses like casinos, nightclubs, and high-end retail stores to extend their ID management system across their entire venue using a browser-based mobile application. This can be used in conjunction with Veridocs' standard workstations equipped with TrueAuthentication technology and ID scanners for full authentication and scan documentation for compliance audits.
Lastly, the Document Imaging module simplifies the process of storing important documents such as signature cards and applications. Users can securely store scans of these documents under a patron's profile, creating a "one-stop-shop" for retrieving patron information in the future.
With these new modules, Veridocs is set to revolutionize the way businesses manage identity and authentication processes. The company's presence at G2E is a testament to their commitment to providing innovative solutions for the gaming industry.
