WASHINGTON, July 17, 2025 ~ The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) recently held its annual spring conference in Las Vegas, where the organization elected its 2025-2026 officers. These individuals will be installed prior to SIOR's fall conference in Louisville, Ky. in November.
SIOR is known as the world's premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office brokers. Its members are recognized as the most knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted specialists in the industry.
Saadia Sheikh, SIOR, who currently serves as president-elect, will take on the role of SIOR Global president this fall. Sheikh is the CEO and Founder of CRE advisory firm Powersense in New York and has been an SIOR office specialist since 2017. She will also make history as the youngest female to ever serve in this position.
Aaron Barnard, SIOR, who currently holds the position of vice president, will assume office as SIOR president-elect. Barnard is an office specialist with Cushman & Wakefield in Minneapolis and will serve as president-elect for one year before becoming president in 2026.

Daniel Smolensky, SIOR, has been elected as vice-president and will serve a one-year term before taking on the role of president-elect for another year. He will then step into the presidency in 2027. Smolensky has been an SIOR member since 2011.
Scott Savacool, SIOR, an office specialist from Saint Louis, will continue his second year as treasurer for SIOR Global. Savacool is a senior vice president at Colliers and has been a member of SIOR since 2011.
The following members were also elected to serve two-year terms on SIOR's Board of Directors as members-at-large: Rob Renaud, SIOR from Toronto; Damian Rivera, SIOR from Frisco; and Diana Whisenant, SIOR from Cleveland.
Street Jones, SIOR; Michael Feuerman, SIOR; and Russell Patterson, SIOR will continue to serve their second year as members-at-large.
In addition, James (Tripp) Guin, SIOR, will begin serving a two-year term as speaker of the Chapter Leadership Council and Grant Pruitt, SIOR, has been elected to serve a two-year term as speaker-elect.

The organization also appointed regional directors for a two-year term. These include: Matthew Severns, SIOR from Kansas City as Central Regional Director; Wills Elliman, SIOR from Wilmington as Mid-Atlantic Regional Director; Devin Ogden, SIOR from Boise as Northwest Regional Director; Campbell Lewis, SIOR from Greenville as Southeast Regional Director; and Andrew Creixell, SIOR from Austin as Southwest Regional Director.
Christopher Aquilina, SIOR; Bronwyn Scrivens, SIOR; Matthew Osowski, SIOR; Jonathan Stravitz, SIOR; Monty Warren, SIOR; and Nancy Morse, SIOR will continue to serve their second year as Regional Directors.
Lastly, the organization appointed Allen Gump, SIOR from Dallas as Past-Presidents Representative and Caitlin Mazaheri from Oklahoma City as Young Professionals Representative for a two-year term.
