Work 365 now integrates with Microsoft Business Central to enable subscription billing and invoicing for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
RESTON, Va. - nvtip -- IOTAP announced today that Work 365, its subscription management and billing automation application, now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The integration between Work 365 and Dynamics Business Central will further automate subscription management and invoicing. It reduces the manual effort in generating invoices, eliminates costly billing errors, keeps sales operations and accounting processes in synch, and helps customers collect cash faster.
The bi-directional integration synchronizes customers, subscriptions (products), and invoices between the two systems.

Speaking on the integration, Ismail Nalwala, CEO of IOTAP, said, "We are seeing many Microsoft Partners driving the growth of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
