Las Vegas entrepreneur Matthew Vinciguerra celebrates 10+ years of delivering trusted, on-site tech support that simplifies technology for homes and businesses across the valley.
LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- While many teenagers were navigating high school, Matt Vinciguerra was already laying the groundwork for his future, turning a natural passion for technology into a lifeline for his community. From the roots of fixing his family's tech issues to becoming the IT expert of his entire high school. Now, over a decade later, Matt's Mobile Tech Support stands as a testament to that early entrepreneurial spirit, celebrating more than 10 years of providing expert, on-site tech assistance to homes and businesses across the Las Vegas valley.
Founded in 2015 by a then-teenaged Matthew Vinciguerra, the business was born from a simple observation: technology was becoming essential, but for many, it was also becoming overwhelmingly complex. Matthew saw a need for a patient, personal approach to tech support—one that met people where they were, both physically and technologically.
"I've always been the person that friends and family called when their computer acted up or their new gadget wouldn't connect," says Matthew Vinciguerra, founder of Matt's Mobile Tech Support. "I realized that what people needed wasn't just a fix; they needed a translator. My goal has always been to demystify technology, to make it accessible and less intimidating. It's about empowering people to use the tools that are meant to make their lives easier, not more frustrating."

From its early days of word-of-mouth referrals, Matt's Mobile Tech Support has grown into a trusted local service, serving over 100 clients. The business model remains rooted in convenience and trust, with Matthew and his team traveling directly to a client's location. This on-site service model eliminates the hassle of unplugging devices and dragging them to the nearest computer repair shop to troubleshooting within the user's actual environment, where the problems are happening, ensuring solutions are practical and effective.
The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including slow computer diagnosis and repair, virus removal, home and office network solutions, and much more. This hands-on support has proven invaluable for a diverse clientele, from seniors adopting new technology to small business owners needing to secure their digital infrastructure.
As an active member of the local business community, including the Business Network International (BNI) organization, Matthew is committed to fostering connections and contributing to the region's economic vitality. His journey from a young tech enthusiast to a seasoned business owner reflects a deep-seated dedication to white glove service, expertise, and community support.
