Luckygirliegirl opens new massage studio inside Beauty & Bodyworks Studios
HENDERSON, Nev. - nvtip -- Owner Christina Aldan of Luckygirl Bodywork announced the opening of her new massage studio inside Beauty & Bodyworks Studios at 9550 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 237. The studio is located within Silverado Park Place, home to community anchor businesses including BJ's Restaurant and Big 5 Sporting Goods.
Aldan's practice focuses on addressing pain patterns, improving mobility, and supporting long-term functional wellness. Her treatment approach blends myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation, and clinical assessment skills developed after years of emotional resilience coaching, mental health first aid training, mentoring, and community health advocacy. She also has experience in sports massage through an internship with the UNLV Rebels Football team and with Cirque du Soleil. Her studio offers a structured, two-hour appointment format designed to support deeper therapeutic work, rather than spa-style massage.

Each session begins with a 15-minute intake discussion to identify areas of focus, areas to avoid, and current concerns. Clients then receive a 90-minute hands-on treatment tailored to their goals. The appointment concludes with a 15-minute debrief to review outcomes, discuss self-care strategies, and create personalized homework that supports long-term progress.
"I designed the session flow to give clients space to understand what's happening in their bodies," Aldan said. "Effective pain relief requires partnership. When clients can connect the dots between their symptoms, their movement patterns, and their habits, the changes last longer."
Aldan's work is shaped by her background in emotional resilience (speaking, coaching, mentoring, and authorship) as well as her long-standing interest in how stress physiology, posture, and nervous system regulation influence chronic pain. Many clients seek her out for persistent discomfort related to athletic training, repetitive strain, postural tension, or long-standing mobility limitations.
