"What sets the Summit apart," says Courtney Caldwell, event host, "is its collaborative, community-first approach, powered by partners who are actively shaping entrepreneurial, future-of-work, and community advancement ecosystems. We are equipping people with tools they can apply immediately in their careers, businesses, and communities."

Community collaboration is central to the Summit's mission, with partners actively engaged in advancing workforce readiness. Lou Wasson, a Developers Alliance representative, says, "We've seen how advocacy, mentorship, and access can change a career at any stage—from those entering the workforce to leaders shaping entire industries. Through our ongoing work together, the Caldwells have shown what it means to prepare people not just to participate in the economy, but to influence it. The POP Summit brings that mission to life by connecting career pathways with real-world impact."

For Trey Taylor, the work is deeply personal. "Performance on Purpose is about applying the mindset of the game to every area of life. It's about helping people build discipline, frameworks, and direction—so they're prepared to excel on the field, in business, and in service."

Community-based partners echo that sentiment: "Sydney's Salvation believes in restoring hope through opportunity," says Jamie Hardeman, executive director of Sydney's Salvation. "Partnering with Performance on Purpose allows us to extend mentorship and pathways to individuals who are ready to lead and serve."

The Performance on Purpose Summit 2026 is supported by a growing coalition of partners, including the NFL Foundation, Developers Alliance, PENN Entertainment, Sydney's Salvation, Chief in Tech Capital, NFL Safety Trey Taylor, and Tress Haus.
