INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - nvtip -- Phinge® intends to partner with third party OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like appliance and electronic device manufacturers, car makers, basically anything that connects to the internet that Phinge does not intend to build itself.
These approved third party OEMs hardware with Netverse® enabled, will offer all the same rewards, benefits and privacy controls available to users of Netverse on Phinge's own proprietary mobile hardware, laptops, devices and hardware.
Current Netverse users who purchase these third party devices simply sign into the third party appliance or device they purchase and they are connected and all set.
Individuals who are not Netverse users can use these third party appliances and hardware to join Netverse. Once verified they get immediate access to all the benefits of Netverse.
Recurring Revenue For OEMs.
Currently OEMs selling their products make profit at the point of sale.
When they partner with Phinge and enable Netverse on their hardware, devices etc, they will always receive 1% of the gross dollars the purchaser of that device spends through that device (minus applicable taxes) throughout Netverse when they use Netverse®Pay, for as long as they own that device.
Example of how the Phinge recurring revenue model for OEMs with Netverse enabled works.
A Netverse user buys a refrigerator from an approved Netverse third party manufacturer.
Once the refrigerator is plugged in they simply sign into it with their Netverse login credentials.
They can now do everything on it they can do on their Phinge smartphone or other Netverse devices.
This is made possible through Netverse's patented, App-less technology
The user decides to scan their empty milk carton, yogurt container or any other refrigerated item that they run out of through the built-in technology of the refrigerator. A week later the user decides to go shopping online through Netverse and have their groceries delivered. They can view everything they ran out of in the last week on the refrigerator screen or any Netverse mobile device or hardware. They can select some or all of the depleted items and even add new ones. They submit their grocery order to a Netverse platform grocery store and pay using NetversePay. They earn rewards on their purchase. They can even use their available rewards at checkout towards their total bill. In this example the grocery bill was $250 plus $10 for delivery. There was no tax as it was food items.

The Netverse approved OEM who made the refrigerator and sold it to the Netverse user gets (1%) $2.60 in rewards on the purchase. (That includes rewards on the delivery fee as well)
If this manufacturer sells a high volume of Netverse enabled refrigerators, they could make a substantial amount of recurring revenue daily over the life of the refrigerators they sell.
Recurring revenue doesn't have to end when the Netverse user sells the refrigerator. If the new buyer is a Netverse user, once they sign in, the OEM continues to make the 1% referral commission, but just from a different Netverse user.
Partnering with Netverse gives the approved OEMs pricing power to drive their sales.
OEMs make recurring revenue over the life of their product, in this case a refrigerator, which let's say has a 10 year life span. They can choose to discount their Netverse enabled refrigerator at the point of sale because they know they will make a certain amount of revenue over the life of it. That gives them a competitive pricing edge over non Netverse enabled refrigerators.
If other OEMs follow suit, over time any Netverse enabled device or hardware should almost always be less expensive then those that are not. This benefits Netverse OEMs and Netverse users and entices new individuals to join Netverse at the appliance level.
Because the OEMs are Netverse verified businesses, they will get detailed tools to show them data like daily revenue, revenue by user, by geography, individually or in the aggregate and so much more.
Recurring Revenue For Telecom Companies.
Third party phone carriers that wish to partner with Phinge by selling its Netverse smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and other Netverse devices will also mske recurring revenue.
Just like in the example above, for the life of the Netverse device bought, as long as a Netverse user is the owner, the telecom carrier will get 1% of the gross price paid (less applicable taxes) from every purchase that user makes through NetversePay on that device. The same applies as above if the device is sold to another Netverse user.
