Club Z! in-home and online tutoring service launches a scholarship program for Clark County School District schools to help parents and students succeed with distance learning
LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- As parents everywhere are thrust into the role of teacher amid COVID-19 school closures, Club Z! In-Home and Online tutoring is announcing special scholarships to support families in the Clark County School District (CCSD).
Through a special partnership with CCSD, Club Z! Tutoring Services will award more than $75,000 worth of free tutoring programs to families, with virtual tutoring and training programs for both parents and students designed to help students from pre-K through high school to develop lifelong study and organizational habits.
Club Z! Tutoring scholarships will be awarded to more than a thousand families across the Las Vegas Valley.
"During these unprecedented times, families across the valley are in need of 'educational stimulus'," said Tom Embrogno, owner of Club Z! Tutoring Services for Las Vegas. "We feel a strong connection to our community. It is truly our pleasure to award these scholarships to area families."

Club Z!'s new suite of services was designed to help families succeed in educating children and young adults in a virtual setting during the pandemic and beyond. The company created a special program called "Distance Learning for Parents," a Club Z! innovation aimed at improving parents' role in the education process in only 90 minutes. The free session will cover how to identify a child's unique learning style, overcome obstacles in distance learning, organize activities and deadlines using a family calendar, and much more. Parents who participate in the program will also receive access to resources and tools to use with their students.
The scholarships will also support tutoring for students through Learning Built to Last™, a study skills program consisting of 12 one-hour sessions that can be geared to learners of any age.
"Our study skills course gives students a powerful set of tools that will supercharge their performance academically while nurturing their personal development," Embrogno said. "Club Z! is excited to partner with CCSD and help as many families as possible across the Vegas Valley."
