LAS VEGAS - nvtip -- Bob and Molly Hamrick, owners of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier, have received the 2026 Coldwell Banker Preserving the Trust Award. The award recognizes their lasting impact on the real estate industry through integrity, innovation and service.

The Hamricks were honored at the Coldwell Banker 120th Anniversary Celebration. The award is part of the annual Coldwell Banker Leadership Awards, which recognize network members for exceptional leadership, community service, innovation and dedication to others.

"For 120 years, the Coldwell Banker brand has been defined by individuals who go above and beyond to serve others, lead with purpose and strengthen their communities," said Mary Lee Blaylock, Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.

For more than two decades, Bob and Molly have built an organization of more than 250 residential agents and a growing commercial division. Coldwell Banker highlighted their work mentoring future leaders, implementing innovative business practices and standing by their people through prosperous and challenging times.

"Trust has always been at the center of how Molly and I approach this business," said Bob Hamrick. "We've spent more than two decades building an organization where people are supported, held accountable and given opportunities to grow, and this recognition reflects the work of everyone who has been part of that journey."

Their commitment to developing people is reflected in Inside Molly's Mind, now in its 10th year, which has helped more than 400 women build leadership skills, business discipline and confidence. The Brotherhood, launched one year ago, has engaged 40 men through a similar model.

"Inside Molly's Mind and The Brotherhood are built around the belief that strong organizations start with strong people," said Molly Hamrick. "Seeing people grow in their confidence, discipline and leadership, and then share that with others, is one of the most rewarding parts of this work."

During both the Great Recession and the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hamricks chose not to lay off employees, reinforcing a culture of trust and stability.

Coldwell Banker Premier Realty uses centralized processing and in-house transaction coordination to create consistency and improve service delivery. Through Coldwell Banker's Large Office Group, other brokerages have replicated these systems. Since 2014, Bob has delivered a Monthly Market Update video to more than 100,000 clients each month. The Hamricks' Developer Services platform supports real estate projects from early planning through sales, including attainable housing in underserved areas.

Molly serves as Chairwoman of Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. She also chairs the Loan Committee on the GenuBank Board of Directors and the Policy Committee on the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance Executive Committee, and she sits on the Nevada REALTORS Legislative Committee. Bob is involved with the National Association of Realtors Political Action Committee.
