Her ventures include Grab & Go Vending, Cruzin Vegas—Nevada's only Black woman-owned mobile digital billboard company—and iRecruit International, a workforce development and placement agency. At the helm of The Periwinkle Group, she leads multicultural marketing, outreach, and public affairs initiatives with offices across the United States, Jamaica, Nigeria, and Ghana.

Her achievements have earned recognition on both national and international stages. She was named to the prestigious Forbes 50 Over 50 (2025) list, standing out as one of only seven Jamaican women worldwide to receive this honor.
