Nordling regularly drafts and negotiates transaction documents, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, purchase agreements, rollover agreements, escrow agreements, and various governing documents. She also has experience drafting and negotiating documents in connection with other corporate matters, such as debt financings, real estate transactions, incentive equity grants, and general commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Nordling was an associate at Rice, Reuther, Sullivan & Carroll, LLP. She received her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
