GT Medical Technologies received this accolade in recognition of GammaTile^® Therapy, its Surgically Targeted Radiation Therapy (STaRT), developed to prevent or significantly delay the recurrence of operable brain tumors.

GT Medical Technologies was selected by judges for the company's numerous achievements, including  FDA 510(k) regulatory clearance for the treatment of all types of recurrent brain tumors and newly-diagnosed malignant tumors, and multicenter, randomized controlled trials such as one led by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
