The privately-owned company, with over 2,500 customers in 60+ countries, and having 3 locations in the United States, has rec'd over $120M in private funding for further security SaaS development within the past year.

Upon completion of negotiations, the agreement is expected by 2nd quarter, 2020. Both parties respectively are withholding the details of the agreement at this time.
